Dr. Enola Pillard, D.P.C. is the CEO/Founder of Ashanti Enterprises. She is a professional Hair Stylist, Business Owner, Educator, Life Coach, Holistic Hair Practitioner, Grief Coach, Author Strategy Coach,  Master Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Inspirational Consultant, and Author of the book, Adjusting Your Crown, and several others.   

        Dr. Pillard offers the following services: FPM(Future Professional  Mentoring Program), Hands-On Educational Sessions, Grief Coaching Sessions, and Educator Services.

       She currently partners with Royce Noel of Noel's Barber Lounge located at 2304 E. Pinhook Suite E in Lafayette, LA. She has mastered various hair techniques in addition to providing facials, dermaplaning, eyebrow tinting, and waxing. Enola is also a certified trichologist and hair replacement specialist. 

       Dr. Pillard believes her continual education is the key to providing excellent customer service. Therefore, she obtained her Bachelor's, Masters and Doctoral degrees in Professional Cosmetology to ensure that she is well prepared to provide the best service possible to her clients. 

       She also understands the value of listening to her clients’ wants and needs which allows them to become a part of their beautifying experience. With 29 years of experience, Dr. Pillard provides professional results that make a difference in the lives of her clients, both inside and out.
